Coping in a Disaster

Disasters are almost always a source of stress and often aggravate mental illness.
There are a number of websites that provide information on preparing for a natural disaster, or coping with a natural disaster. Although some of these are specific to the Christchurch earthquake they are equally valuable when coping during or after any other major disaster.
